To qualify for exchange:

If you want a size exchange for personal preference, return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
Non-Exchange Cases
We do not offer exchange in the following cases:
- Product has been used
- Exchange request after 7 days
- Change of mind after ordering
- Product matches the order correctly
- Damage caused after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unused to qualify for exchange.
