Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for exchange:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original condition
- Product should be returned with original packaging if possible
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days
For verification purposes, customers may be asked to provide:
- Clear product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike after delivery
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Used products
- Products damaged after use
- Exchange requests made after 7 days
Customers are advised to review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing an order.
Hygiene & Product Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items are inspected before exchange approval.
Return Shipping Charges
For customer-requested exchanges, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
If the issue is caused by our mistake, Validbasket will cover the exchange delivery cost.
Damaged Package Reporting
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos for assistance.
Refund Policy
Currently, Validbasket primarily offers exchange service only.
However, in rare cases where:
- A genuine issue is confirmed
- Replacement is unavailable
- Exchange cannot be completed
a refund may be provided after review and approval by our team.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be sent through bank transfer.
